2168 Combined NAIDOC Day

On Thursday 5th September our Indigenous students, along with some of their friends, attended the annual 2168 combined NAIDOC event held at Ashcroft Public School. 

CPS joined over 900 other guests to celebrate NAIDOC on what was a fantastic day. They participated in a range of activities and workshops including art, dancing, sport, jewellery design and didgeridoo practice.

Students had a wonderful time, learnt new things about indigenous culture, met new friends and most importantly had fun. We cannot wait for next years event!
